Moni started her own handmade business 10 years ago. She always wanted to get her products into stores, but was afraid. It took her 2 years to even approach a store to carry her line, but when she did, she saw quick success and ended up getting her first line into over 100 stores in just a few years.

A few years later, Moni started another handmade line and found herself in the busy world of being an entrepreneur and doing it all. She came close to burnout, but decided to do one more thing before giving up on her business. She had success in wholesale in the past and she wanted to give it another try. So, she stopped doing everything else, and focused solely on wholesale and it worked! In the first year, she got her new line into over 100 stores and by the second year, her line was sold in over 600 stores across Canada, the US and Japan and she even won the Small Supplier of the Year Award from the Canadian Gift Association.

Moni has always loved to help small businesses, so she took her experience in wholesale and created a program, Winning with Wholesale™ so that every maker, designer and brand owner can learn how to grow a business that they are proud of, one that pays them well and lets them feel fulfilled without burnout or overwhelm.

In this episode, we talk about her strategy on getting her line sold in over 600 stores, what are the fears and thoughts that presented in her way, and how she dealt with it all.
